December 13th, 2025 Match Results
December usually brings in some very cold weather with temperatures in the 30’s with lots of snow and ice. What a blessing it was to be at the range with temperatures in the mid 50’s, no snow or ice in sight and the sun shining bright. We had 70 shooters show up for the December COF and they brought the heat! The top 20 places were separated by only 17 impacts.
Adam Payton takes top overall and 1st in Open Division dropping only 4 shots the entire match, including the bonus stages. Adam racks up 562.5 points for the win. James Young was right behind with 544.2 points for that second-place ribbon. The fight for that 3rd place bronze came between Casey Hughes and Luke Nebelsick who tied, but Casey was .2 points faster on the timed stage to take the win. Casey scored 745.5 points to Luke’s 742.3.
Stephanie Baxter was only 1 impact short of a 3 way tie for that 3rd overall score. She does take home 1st place in the Ladies Division and 5th overall with 732.9 points. Second place Ladies goes to Kaylyn Kingston with 551.5 points and 3rd place bronze goes to Kim Garret with 481.8. Great shooting Ladies!

Excellent shooting. 2nd place silver goes to William Pendelton with 601.8 points and 3rd place bronze in the Semi-Auto division goes to Kaiden Jones who scored 472.5 points.,

What an incredible day. The entire match ran without a hiccup (other than a couple broken targets from tons of impacts). The weather was amazing for this time of year, and everyone seemed to have a great time. We had 8 new first-time shooters join us as well. Thank you everyone for supporting our club and for all your help. Special thanks go out to the Kalmar’s and Kalico Laser for donating your time and material for our Sundowner II trophies and for a new surprise that we will unveil in January! I hope all of you can take time to enjoy this wonderful holiday season and that you and your loved ones are cared for and happy. Merry Christmas to all of you and we will see you next year!
