The match today kicked off the first match of the 2024-2025 season and what a way to do it!  Everyone shot amazingly well with the top 20 filled with winners from almost every division.  Overall win goes to Alberto Perez, dropping only 2 shots with an amazing score of 522.4 in Open Division.  He was only 1 shot ahead of Luke Neblesick who scored 514.0 for second place and 2nd overall.  3rd place open goes to David Civello, again just one shot behind Luke and 4th overall with 504.3 points.

Stephanie Baxter loves mixing it up with the top shooters and she did it again this month, slotting in at 3rd overall dropping only 3 shots with an amazing score of 511.6 taking 1st place in Ladies Division, just one impact behind Alberto.  2nd place Ladies goes to Kimberly Garrett in 20th place overall with 430.4 points.  3rd place goes to Kelley Baxter with her 402.2 points.

Our Young Guns are amazing!  Easton Baugh put on a clinic today dropping only 7 shots, putting him in 9th place overall with 473.8 to take 1st place in Young Guns.  Moving down to 14th overall is Kaylyn Kingston, dropping only 8 shots all day, just 1 shot behind Easton with 462.5 points for that 2nd place spot.  We had 7 shooters from 9th place to 15th place separated by only 1 impact. 3rd place in Young Guns goes to Titus Baugh, earning 410.1 points.

Spencer Bangerter is working his way towards that number 1 spot with his Air Rifle, he slots in 11th overall with an amazing score of 472.4 for 1st place gold.  Dylan Whittier takes 2nd place Air with 370.9 points and Kate Jacobson battled a finicky rifle today, but still takes 3rd place bronze just two shots behind Dyland with 350.2.

Carey Palmer puts his Vudoo into that 17th place spot to earn 1st in Old Guns with 440.0 points.  Owen Fjeldsted pulls a solid 2nd place finish with 390.0 and again, just 2 shots behind, Scott Robertson takes 3rd place bronze with 370.0 points.

Base Class got a little shuffled with the new season rules, some of the normal competitors moved up to Open class but it was still amazing to watch.  Leilei Shen, one of our newer shooters earns his 1st gold dog tag with 390.0 points.  Robert Bradshaw takes home 2nd place silver with 361.7 and once more, just 2 impacts behind is Matthew Sample with 340.0 points for bronze and his first podium finish.

I want to give a special thank you to BBQ Pit Stop who provided an amazing pulled pork lunch for everyone and Anarchy Outdoors, who ran a competitive and totally fun 4 lane Drag Race competition for everyone after the main match.  I want to also recognize Kalco Laser for the laser cutting on our trophies and donations to our prize table.  This match is always a ton of work and would not be possible without all our amazing shooters who support the club and help with set up and take down.  Thank you everyone and I look forward to another awesome year of shooting, friends, family, and fun.
